CLEVELAND, Ohio — Browns receiver Jarvis Landry won’t be activated off injured reserve to play Sunday against the Cardinals, a league source told cleveland.com, but the team signed offensive tackle Alex Taylor, and elevated defensive tackle Sheldon Day and cornerback Herb Miller from the practice squad.
The Browns also waived tight end Connor Davis from injured reserve.
