It’s safe to say Ryan Babel’s frustration got the better of him in Ajax’s defeat to Getafe on Thursday night.
During the first leg of the last-32 Europa League tie, the Dutch champions trailed 1-0 and were searching for an equaliser when Babel ‘fouled’ Allan Nyom.
Nyom proceeded to roll around on the floor in agony – and Babel, like many of the Ajax players, was less then impressed.
In fact, after being dished a yellow card by the referee, the former Liverpool ace was so irritated he hilariously decided to mock his opponent by rolling around on the floor with him.
You can watch the hilarious incident below…
Babel then began to start limping as the ex-West Brom ace proceeded to get up and try return to the action.
Unfortunately for Ajax, matters only got worse as Getafe doubled their lead before full-time thanks to a strike from Chelsea loanee Kenedy.
Last year’s Champions League semi-finalists now have it all to do in the second-leg.
