Former England winger Trevor Sinclair will be commentating on Arsenal vs Burnley for talkSPORT as GameDay kicks off at the Emirates tomorrow – and there’s one player he can’t wait to watch.

The Gunners brought in several big names over the summer, breaking their transfer record to sign Nicolas Pepe from Lille for £73million.

David Luiz and Kieran Tierney have also arrived at the Emirates, but Sinclair believes Dani Ceballos, the Spain Under-21 midfielder signed on loan from Real Madrid, could be the pick of the bunch.

He told talkSPORT.com: “The jury is still out on Pepe, because I haven’t seen him do it in the Premier League yet.

“Ceballos is an unbelievable talent and I can’t wait for him to get going.

“Brace yourselves. He is going to get bums off seats, for sure.

“He’s so clever, one of the brightest players I’ve seen and if he can deal with the intensity of the Premier League, I’ve got no doubt he’s going to be a hit at Arsenal.

“When you’re a young player, you’re fearless. You do feel you could be the difference. I honestly believe he’s a really special player.”

Ceballos started on the bench during Arsenal’s opening day victory over Newcastle, as did Luiz, who completed a stunning last-minute switch from London rivals Chelsea on deadline day.

Both players, alongside Pepe, will be pushing for starts against the Clarets on Saturday, and while Sinclair expects Luiz to thrive at the Emirates, he highlights the defender’s key weakness.

“We know about David Luiz and I think it’s an exceptional signing,” the former West Ham and Manchester City star added.

“He’s got experience, he’s very technical on the ball, he can handle the ball at his feet, he steps in well.

“If his concentration is there, he’s as good as most centre-halves in the Premier League. But it’s just that ‘if’.

“Sometimes you do feel like his concentration is not quite there. If Emery can get that concentration from David Luiz, then he can be an excellent signing for the club.”
