Previous draws have been held in Bangkok, Thailand and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
talkSPORT’s co-host Parlour, who won the competition with the Gunners in 1993, told efl.com: “Hosting the draw in a supermarket as fans go about their daily lives provides them with a great opportunity to engage with the competition.”
A series of technical faults marred the Bangkok draw in 2017, with incorrect fixtures shown on a television graphic.
Fans will once again be able to watch the draw live, either in the store or on the Carabao Cup Facebook page.
Manchester City will be looking to win the competition for a third successive season after beating Chelsea and Arsenal in the last two finals.
This season’s first round draw, which will produce 35 fixtures, will include cup debutants Salford City.
In May, the club were promoted to the EFL for the first time and the 70 teams will be split into northern and southern sections, with first round ties scheduled to be played during the week commencing 12 August.
Huddersfield, who finished bottom of the Premier League, will be involved in this season’s first round, while fellow relegated clubs Cardiff and Fulham will enter in the second round.
