Tottenham have completed a deadline day signing with Ryan Sessegnon arriving from Fulham.
Sessegnon, the highly-rated England youngster, has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with Spurs, with the option of a further year included in the deal.

The north Londoners have paid £25million to secure the teenager’s services, though the fee could rise to £30m if various performance-related clauses are met.
Sessegnon, who began his career at left-back before moving to a more offensive role, made his debut for Fulham as a 16-year-old.
In the three years since he has made over 100 appearances for the Cottagers, scoring 25 goals, and helped fire Fulham to Premier League promotion as one of their key players in 2017/18.
Still only 19, Sessegnon has also played 10 times for England Under-21s and he’s long been tipped for a senior call-up.
Cameron Carter-Vickers, meanwhile, has joined Stoke on loan for the 2019/20 season, Spurs confirmed.
