Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has handed a debut to Steven Bergwijn less than a week after he signed for the club.
The Dutch international joined from PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday and will now start in a front three along with Lucas Moura and Heung-Min Son.
There is also another chance for young defender Japhet Tanganga who starts ahead of Jan Vertonghen in a back-four.
Mourinho, though, has opted to leave Tanguy Ndombele on the bench as he waits for the nod following injury issues.
Man City, meanwhile, leave Bernardo Silva on the bench with Riyad Mahrez preferred.
Gabriel Jesus is on the bench with Sergio Aguero leading the line and Raheem Sterling completing their attacking triumvirate.
