Tyson Fury has vowed he will knock Deontay Wilder in the second round of their hotly-anticipated rematch on February 22.
The pair last fought in December 2018 where they played out a controversial draw in a contest that many felt the Gypsy King was unfortunate not to win.
talkSPORT will be tin Las Vegas to bring you live and exclusive coverage of the Wilder vs Fury rematch.
His trainer, SugarHill Steward said how Fury plans to knock the American out in Las Vegas.
But Fury exclusively confirmed to talkSPORT when exactly he plans to do it.
Speaking on Drivetime on Thursday, Fury said: “I’m expecting a clean-cut knockout. It will be early on in the fight so we can all go out and get drunk! Have a good night in Las Vegas celebrating.
“I’m going to go for round two. I’ve been saying round two all camp and I’m going to stick by round two.
“I don’t know why, I don’t know when but round two is when it’s going to be.”
Wilder has claimed Fury’s fists are like ‘pillows’ since their first bout and when asked about this, Fury had a brilliant comeback at the ready.
He added: “I’m going to make sure they’re [my fists] are going to be extra ducked down feather goose pillows, just for him.
“And you know what happens when you’re on an extra ducked down feather goose pillow, don’t you? You go to sleep nice and easy!”
Fury went the full twelve rounds with the WBC heavyweight champ when they last met.
Wilder floored the Brit twice including a brutal blow in the final round, but Fury defied the odds by getting up from the canvas.
Wilder has a reputation for packing a very powerful punch but Fury was quick to dismiss this suggestion.
On how hard Wilder punches, Fury added: “It ain’t so bad, it ain’t so bad at all. If it was that bad I wouldn’t have got up in round twelve!
“It’s not what he believes it is. He believes he’s some big knockout king or whatever. He put me down twice and I got up and rattled him all over the ring. He doesn’t hit that hard does he?
“Everyone he’s fought, he’s knocked out, apart from the Gypsy King. He had me down twice and had over two minutes in both rounds to finish me…he was trying his best and he just couldn’t do it.
“So when you can’t do it having had the opportunity twice, what would ever possess this idiot to think he’s going to do it a third time?”
“From the first fight I learnt that if I’m any good at all, then I’m going to beat him in this rematch. If I’m totally useless, I’ll lose. No pressure on me, like!
“I can’t do anything about judges’ decisions, worse things have happened in a boxing contest. That’s why we get to do it again and put it right. The record will be set straight this time.”
