The car flipped multiple times and was left a complete wreck but, despite not wearing a seatbelt, the 29-year-old miraculously avoided serious injury.

On Thursday, Spence posted his first words since the dramatic crash in an Instagram story, commenting: “No broken bones, I’m a savage!!”

But he quickly removed the post after he was charged by Dallas police.

“Mr Spence has been released from the hospital and will need to address those charges,” a Dallas police spokesperson said in a statement to The Guardian on Wednesday.

“As for getting a speed of the vehicle, we will not be getting one. It was a single car accident with no other criminal charges.”
