Sheffield United travel to West Ham on Saturday as an unlikely rivalry comes to the fore once again.
The last time the Blades were in the Premier League, Argentine duo Javier Mascherano and Carlos Tevez helped keep the Hammers in the English top flight at the Yorkshire club’s expense – and this sparked outrage amongst the Bramall Lane faithful due to the fact it was later revealed the pair were ineligible to play.
Chris Wilder’s men travel to the London Stadium off the back of an impressive win over Arsenal, while West Ham were defeated by Everton away from home last time out.

Seven years prior the that the Hammers were once again on the losing side, losing 3-0 at Bramall Lane in a match that Carlos Tevez was playing.
Overall, the two teams have played each other 77 times, with Sheffield United winning 37, West Ham winning 30 and 20 matches drawn.

West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that Aaron Cresswell will be fully fit for the visit of Sheffield United.
The Chilean boss also confirmed that the match comes a little too early for Winston Reid, who could return for the Under-23s next week.
Wilder will most likely field a similar team to the one that defeated Arsenal on Monday.
Forward Lys Mousset scored the decisive goal in the match but came off with a knock shortly after half-time, but should be available for the match.
