Sergey Kuzmin caused controversy over the weekend when he uploaded a video of himself knocking a sparring partner out cold.
The Russian heavyweight has since deleted the clip – already shared and viewed by hundreds of thousands of others – in which he lands a stunning right hand to flatten his foe.
Although in some gyms it is not unusual for footage such as this to be made public, most fighters and trainers believe what happens in sparring should be kept private.
As a result, Kuzmin came in for plenty of criticism for his decision to upload the video and decided to take it down as a result.
The 32-year-old was recently floored himself in the ring by Michael Hunter and went on to lose by unanimous decision.
This defeat was the first of Kuzmin’s career and he will be looking to rebuild in 2020.
The former European amateur heavyweight champion holds a win over David Price within his 15-1 record.
