Coming off of a win Saturday, the Atlanta Braves will try to capture a much-needed series win when they wrap up a three-game series with the Los Angeles Dodgers Sunday afternoon at Truist Park. Max Fried will be on the mound for the Braves while the Dodgers will counter with righty Trevor Bauer.
Brian Snitker will deploy a different looking lineup for the series finale. Dansby Swanson will move into the clean up spot for the first time in his career with Austin Riley getting a day off.
Abraham Almonte, who connected for a pinch hit home run Saturday, will get the start in left and will be hitting fifth. Ehire Adrianza gets the start at third base while Ender Inciarte will start in place of Guillermo Heredia in center and will be hitting eighth.
Max Muncy is again out of the Dodgers’ lineup for Sunday due to an ankle injury. Albert Pujols gets the start at first base and will be hitting clean up.
As expected, Max Muncy (ankle) isn’t in the Dodgers’ lineup today.
