The Yankees are back home after a roller coaster three-city roadtrip that ended on a high.
After sweeping the Toronto Blue Jays three game in Buffalo this week, the Yankees began a weekend series at Yankee Stadium on Friday night against the AL West-leading Oakland Athletics.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. YES will televise the game.

The pitching matchup is Jameson Taillon (1-4, 5.74) versus for Yankees first-round draft pick James Kaprielian, who is finally heathy and having a standout rookie season after dealing with injuries for years.
Kaprielian joined the Athletics rotation in mid-May and allowed two or fewer runs in five of his first six starts.
The Yankees lineup includes shortstop Gleyber Torres, who exited Thursday night’s game in the fourth inning due to lower back tightness.
“I think we’re good there,” Yankees manager Aaron Boone said.
