The former Manchester United boss insists Pep Guardiola’s side, who have won the title for the past two seasons, don’t have a single weakness.

He said: “I was trying to think the other day if you could make a Premier League team up from all the teams that could topple Man City to win the league, and I think it would be very tough [to beat City].

“Even if you had a team that included all the top players in it.”

And having seen the strength of his former rival’s roster, Mourinho insisted the second XI the Spaniard could name is more capable of mounting a title charge than Arsenal and former clubs Manchester United and Chelsea.

Asked how many teams had a chance of winning the Premier League, he told Sky Sports Super Sunday: “Four. Man City, Tottenham, Liverpool and Man City’s ‘B Team’.

“When I looked at the bench yesterday, there were some images of the bench and the players that were not involved, I think even the ‘B Team’ could fight for the title.
