Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has selected Christian Eriksen in his starting line-up to face Arsenal.
Speculation continues to surround the Danish midfielder, with the European transfer window open until tomorrow.
Eriksen has only started one of Tottenham’s three Premier League fixtures this season, amid links to Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, and Juventus.
Moreover, Pochettino has overlooked right-back Serge Aurier, who is among the substitutes, despite injuries to Kyle Walker-Peters and Juan Foyth.
There were suggestions that Dele Alli could return from injury for the north London derby, but the England international is only fit enough for the bench.
The hosts were also faced with selection issues at full-back heading into the clash, following the departure of Nacho Monreal to Real Sociedad on Saturday.
Arsenal will be hoping Sead Kolasinac comes through the game unscathed, given he is currently the club’s only available left-back.
Mesut Ozil, who has not featured for the Gunners so far this season, makes the bench.
