Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham was stretchered off after suffering an injury at the end of the first half at Valencia on Wednesday night.
The Blues striker clashed with Argentinian centre-back Ezequiel Garay, jumping for a corner and landing badly.
Abraham got up holding his side, though at the time he was substituted it was unclear whether he’d suffered a knock to his hip or rib.
The 22-year-old initially looked to walk off the pitch, but ultimately had to be stretchered away.
His injury came right at the end of the first half, meaning no immediate substitution was needed.
Michy Batshuayi emerged to start the second period up front.
