Anthony Joshua made more money that any other British sportsperson over the last 12 months, raking in a staggering £58million, according to the Sunday Times’ Rich List.
The WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion more-than doubled his fortune to £107m thanks largely to his lucrative world title fight with Andy Ruiz Jr in Saudi Arabia last December.
However, the boxer is still second to Real Madrid star Gareth Bale on the newspaper’s Young Rich List.
The Welshman’s fortune rose by £20m to £114m despite a less-than-ideal campaign at the Bernabeu.
Joshua, 31, is actually the only non-football player to make the young list’s top 20.

He is followed, respectively, by Paul Pogba (£34m), Kevin De Bruyne (£34m) and David De Gea (£28m).
Meanwhile, Formula One star Lewis Hamilton is the most affluent active sports star in Rich List history with a £224m fortune, according to the latest annual figures.
Hamilton’s wealth rose by £37m over the past year, thanks to a lucrative ongoing contract with Mercedes, taking him past the £200m mark boasted by David Beckham at the time of his retirement in 2013.
