Defenders Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding and Kieran Tierney all featured for the Under-23s last week as they continue their route back to fitness.
Their return has come at an opportune moment with Ainsley Maitland-Niles suspended for the United clash following his red card in their 3-2 win over Aston Villa.
Both Holding and Tierney were named in the starting XI with Bellerin among the substitutes.
