Frank Warren has exclusively told talkSPORT.com that Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury 3 will take place in summer 2020.
The rival heavyweights met in a controversial draw back in 2018, but their rematch was put on hold when Fury opted out and made a co-promotional agreement with Top Rank.
Now however, it is known that Wilder and Fury have signed a fresh deal to meet again in February 2020, with a two-way rematch clause guaranteeing the trilogy whatever happens.
While February 22 is the touted date for the rematch, it was previously unclear when the third fight would take place.
But Warren told talkSPORT.com: “Tyson is going to be back in the ring with Wilder on February 22.
“And they will fight again, irrespective of who wins, in the summer.
“So that, at the moment, is all tied up.”
The promoter made the revelation when discussing what the future holds for his young heavyweight star Daniel Dubois.
Britain’s 22-year-old 13-0 (12 KOs) sensation is due to face Kyotaro Fujimoto on Saturday and will then plot out a big 2020.
Warren continued: “What we’ve gotta do, and what Daniel’s gotta do, is to get him into a situation where he gets into a number one spot.
“Become a mandatory challenger to whoever’s left standing by hopefully the end of next year, and then be challenging for a world title at the end of next year.”
