As is always the case, the Premier League threw up a weekend of quality football and huge drama.
Leicester set the tone for a storming weekend after beating Southampton 9-0 at St Mary’s, equalling the largest win in Premier League history.
Liverpool got back to winning ways after coming from behind to beat Tottenham while Arsenal drew to Crystal Palace in a game where Gunners captain Granit Xhaka appeared to swear at his own fans while being substituted off.
Manchester City and Manchester United also got convincing wins even though the Red Devils missed two penalties at Norwich.
And Chelsea have won their last seven matches in all competitions after beating Burnley with hat-trick hero Christian Pulisic in fine form.
But who were the standout performers in the English top flight from gameweek ten?

Darren Bent says Granit Xhaka is ‘done’ at Arsenal
Paulo Gazzaniga and Kasper Schmeichel both had good performances in goal but the standout keeper was Norwich stopper Tim Krul.
Dutchman Krul may have conceded three goals against Man United but he had an excellent game, saving TWO penalties to deny Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial. Krul also brilliantly denied a Martial header from point-blank range.
In defence, we have two Leicester players in. While they were not tested that much by Saints, it would have been easy to lose concentration after going 5-0 up at half-time.
So Ben Chilwell, who scored the first goal of the game makes the cut as does Jonny Evans, who is understood to have given his team-mates a pep talk spurring them on to chase the record set by Man United.
Newcastle’s draw to Wolves was a day for the defences so we’ve got one from each side.
Federico Fernandez is not a regular starter for the Magpies but acquitted himself well at St James’ Park.
The Spaniard provided a lovely assist for Jamaal Lascelles’ goal which any natural crosser of the ball would be proud of, while Wolves full-back Jonny was alive to Martin Dubravka’s mistake to earn his side a point.
Rashford and Martial played very well for Man United at points but the standout Red Devils player was Scott McTominay, who opened the scoring with a curling effort. It was almost a perfect display from the midfielder until his mistake led to Onel Hernandez’s consolation goal.
In midfield, we’ve got Foxes star James Maddison who gave Southampton all sorts of problems and capped his fine performance off with a delightful free-kick to put his side 8-0 up.
Liverpool man Jordan Henderson also makes this team, not just for the goal he scored against Spurs, but for causing problems down the Spurs left for large parts of the game. Just when people begin writing him off following Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s exploits in the Champions League, the Reds captain responds with a display full of heart.
In the No.10 role can only be one man – Chelsea star Christian Pulisic, who fired in a perfect treble at Turf Moor by scoring with his left foot, right foot and then a header.
The American has been knocking on Frank Lampard’s door for more starting opportunities and we may look back on this as the game where Pulisic truly arrived at Chelsea.
There were a number of good performances from strikers but given goals were certainly on the agenda for Leicester, we have to go with Ayoze Perez and Jamie Vardy.
As bad as Southampton were, the pair have to be credited for scoring hat-tricks. It would be criminal to leave them out of this XI.
