BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Ravens offensive line had its way against the Los Angeles Chargers in the first half in what was becoming a statement game for the Ravens in a battle of AFC division leaders.

Latavius Murray and Le’Veon Bell each have touchdown runs as the Ravens have built a 17-6 halftime lead. Murray was excellent on the first drive, rushing two times for 22 yards and catching two passes. Baltimore had 62 rushing yards on its first drive, capped by Murray’s 14-yard run to put the Ravens up 7-0. The Ravens went 92 yards up the field on their second drive, which was finished off by a Bell 3-yard score — which was his first as a Raven and first touchdown since Week 15 of last season.

Lamar Jackson has been accurate in the first half, but made an ill-advised throw to set the Chargers up for their lone touchdown. Kyzir White picked off Jackson — one play after DeShon Elliott intercepted Justin Herbert — and Herbert found Jared Cook for the 1-yard pass two plays later. Herbert set up the touchdown by finding Mike Williams for a big gain, but Williams was injured on the play.

The Chargers defense has settled in after a rocky start, sacking Jackson three times in the first half. Baltimore had 183 yards in the first half, but 124 came in the first quarter.

While it’s early to think about the playoffs, this is a huge game for both AFC division leaders. Stay tuned to our live blog below for all the analysis and updates from this AFC showdown!
