Los Angeles Dodgers starter Trevor Bauer pitched a two-hitter through the first five innings of Friday night’s series opener against the San Francisco Giants at Oracle Park.

But one Giants analyst was not a fan of his performance.

After Giants outfielder Alex Dickerson struck out swinging to end the fourth inning while chasing a ball up and way outside of the zone, Bauer — who has made a career of doing things that piss off other teams — took three steps off the mound and then paused to pretend he was sheathing an imaginary sword.

“Strike three, and Bauer…” Giants play-by-play announcer Jon Miller said, before taking a lengthy pause, “… celebrates on the mound.”

“That’s weak,” San Francisco color commentator Mike Krukow responded as NBC Sports Bay Area went to commercial.

Social media was far less kind to Bauer, calling him both “Lord Lame-a-lot” and a “Massive Tool.”

Bauer — who was supposed to pitch Thursday against the Diamondbacks but was pushed back to face the Giants — was matched up with former Dodgers lefty Alex Wood, who allowed two earned runs and six hits through his first six innings on Friday.

The Dodgers entered Friday’s three-game set with a 26-18 record, leaving them two games behind the Giants’ MLB-leading 28-16 mark. San Francisco leads the NL West, a game ahead of the San Diego Padres and two ahead of their SoCal rivals.
