Both teams have enjoyed good seasons and are looking to claim a place in Europe next season.
The Blues are third in the Premier League table and have impressed in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, Chris Wilder has done a superb job with the Blades and they are still in the mix for a Europa League place or even better.
The Yorkshire club are in seventh and seven points off Manchester United.
